Israel is younger than John McCain.
Israel turns 60 this year. It’s a country. A whole country. And it’s younger than the guy who wants to be President of ours.

Hillary Clinton, Bill Richardson, Chris Dodd, Joe Biden, Dennis Kucinich, Mitt Romney, Rudy Giuliani, Blll Clinton, and George W Bush all older than Israel.

India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Burma, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore are all younger than McCain. Man, he’s really old, can he really last another 4 years ?
besides he’s one really angry old man. a man who can call his wife a C*** publicly. too bad that he choses to attack obama in a negative vein.

Yeah - he’s older than EVERY country in Africa except Liberia and arguably South Africa, in terms of when they became independent… India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Myanmar… etc.

How about Eastern Europe? He’s older than: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, (Kosovo if you recognise it), Macedonia (or FYROM if you’re Greek), Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Kazhakstan (Borat’s homeland), and many many more…
But then again, so are most people, and everyone of voting age.

In terms of countries (you have Israel listed already), there are many younger than McCain, in their current incarnations…
Every nation-state in Africa (EXCEPT South Africa and Egypt, though that’s just a technicality) is older than John McCain.
Every nation-state in the Caribbean EXCEPT Cuba, Haiti and the Dominican Republic is younger than John McCain.
Belize in Central America is younger than John McCain. Suriname and Guyana in South America… younger than McCain.
In Asia… Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, North Korea, Kuwait, Kyrgystan, Laos, Lebanon, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Pakistan, The Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, East Timor, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan and Yemen are all younger than Jon McCain.
Even a lot of Europe, old Europe, is younger than McCain: Austria, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Kosovo, Lithuania, Latvia, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and the Ukraine… all younger than John McCain.

Actually you forgot about Liberia in Africa, but yeah, John McCain is much older than probably 80% of the countries in the world. However, so are a lot of other politicians (like many of you mentioned Hillary Clinton). However the biggest issue is with this is that while Hillary may have been too young to even know what a country is or too young to have any opinion on the issues, John McCain was old enough to have an opinion and understand the world. Let’s just hope he doesn’t get into office and start referring to Taiwan as Formosa or India as “The Raj.”
