My Mother is younger than John McCain.
Here’s an email I just received from my mother:
“I am younger than John McCain and I get senior citizen discounts, I can’t bend, my knees hurt, and I just went on Medicare! And PS, the type is too small on your blog.”

At least your mom knows what a blog is. McCain probably refers to it as ‘tubes’.

Is that genuine - old people can send emails? Alert the authorities!

Your Mother is right - either that, or change to something easier on the eye than white on black.

My mother is over 65, younger than McCain, and emailed me that she thinks “McCain is just to darned old.”

My mom (The same age as John McCain) often mixes up the names names of her children, grandchildren, sisters, etc. How would that go over at a state dinner? Nuff said.

Love your mom! She’s sooo right, he probably is not too old right now but in 2-3 years with a tough job, disaster. It is like a 60 year old woman wanting a baby, she probably could handle it for a while but within a short time it would too much.

My grandmother just turned 68 (My mother is 48 and I am 24, just for your reference) and we have joked for years about what a hard time she has remembering birthdays, anniversaries, etc. I’m not saying that her bad memory is necessarily correlated to her age, but it hasn’t improved with time.
BTW, I love this site- Hilarious! People who take offense to it take themselves too seriously, and people who say that age should not be a factor in this election are naive. If two candidates held the exact same stance on all the issues, similar educational backgrounds and family life, and had no notable controversies surrounding them, yet there was a 20+ year age difference, how many people would seriously pick the older candidate?
Also, BTW, my 68 year old granny supports Barack. And my 70+ grandparents (on dad’s side) also support Barack.
