The first Gallup poll on Presidential performance is younger than John McCain.

When John McCain was two, “Spanky” Gallup (I made that up) started taking polls of Presidential performance. Whoulda thunk that, a mere 70 years later, a guy by the name of George Bush would manage to top the disapproval charts at a whopping 68% (two points higher than the guy who quit)?
If Obama - and the rest of us - can keep making the case that McCain = Bush (and it’s an easy case to make… given the whole “voting with him 95% of the time” thing), we got this won.

impeachments are just for blow**** now.

Palin challenged the press to play “stump the candidate” on issues of international policy. (e.g.: http://voices.kansascity.com/node/2091)
I propose we ask her:
* Who is the current leader of Czechoslovakia?
* In light of Senator McCain’s concern about Al Qaeda members crossing the Iraq-Pakistan border, how many additional troops would you send to secure that area?
