Am I being “age-ist”? Maybe. But maybe not. The world is a pretty complicated place right now and I’m thinking that it’s not such a great time to elect our oldest President ever. So sue me.

  3. Haha, this page is brilliant! I shall visit you from time to time. I didn’t actually realize McCain was so old. He must be on that botox and plastic surgery beauty regimint. He does have a freakishly smooth face for a 72-year-old man. Surprise, surprise! Kudos on blogtastic brilliance!

  4. A great suggestion for something younger than McCain….the US states of Alaska and Hawaii! Hawaii wasn’t admitted into the union as state until August 21, 1959 and Alaska was officially declared a state roughly eight months earlier on January 3, 1959. Also younger than McCain, the nation-state of Israel which declared independence on 14 May 1948. Oh dear, this is a terribly amusing game…

  6. John McCain is older than the seat belt ( well sort of) .. They weren’t actually used as a standard in cars until 1958.

    I would say they are a much safer choice then he is!
